By Taxi the fare to Mahon is about 12 Euro and takes only 10 minutes. By Bus the buses run every 10 minutes to the centre and tickets cost 2 euro.

Where to Eat

Eat under 15 Euro at Can Ulises a small bar that serves snacks and drinks. Eat under 30 Euro at Na Rosa is a restaurant that is a great place to eat in the evening, its situated in the main square. Eat under 50 Euro at Liorna a local restaurant that offers pizza and Mediterranean style food. The puddings here are very nice, try one!

Evening Entertainment

A popular bar to go to and have a beer is Latitud 40, it has a very relaxed atmosphere that most tourist would enjoy. Dance the night away at Copacabana and drink cocktails while you listen to the live sounds of tribute bands playing on stage.

See the midnight fireworks over the port at the Mahon fiesta during September. Enjoy the music and entertainment this fiesta has to offer. Go to the beautiful beach of Cala’n Porter and enjoy the sun and the sea. If you want to see some of the country side then go to Ciutadella where you can explore by bike or horse back.
